GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller Identification

Tshirt Vintage Factory — online store accessible at tshirtvintage.myshopify.com. For any questions: tshirtvintagefactory@gmail.com.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of t-shirts and clothing items offered on the Tshirt Vintage Factory online store, to private (non-professional) customers.

3. Products

Products are carefully described on each product page. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. In case of error or omission, we cannot be held responsible.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Tshirt Vintage Factory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

5. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you. Tshirt Vintage Factory reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or fraudulent payment.

6. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, via the methods offered at the time of payment (credit card, Shop Pay, etc.). Banking data is not retained by Tshirt Vintage Factory.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the European Union. Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout. Tshirt Vintage Factory cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To do this, contact us at tshirtvintagefactory@gmail.com with your order number.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, labels intact). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

10. Responsibility

Tshirt Vintage Factory cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products or a malfunction of the site.

11. Personal Data

The data collected during the order is used solely for the purpose of processing it, in accordance with the GDPR. You have a right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
