RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging.
• The return must be made within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items (size, color).
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Sale or promotional items (except for manufacturing defects).

4. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email at tshirtvintagefactory@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 business hours.
3. Ship the item to the address provided, preferably with postal tracking.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

5. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days via the payment method used during the order. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Defective Item or Order Error

If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at tshirtvintagefactory@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or process a full refund.
